Our spiritual foundation:

As a Christian charity, we place ourselves at the service of all people*. As Jesus did, we recognise the dignity and worth of every individual.+ We also pray constantly that God’s Kingdom will come on earth and all people will be healed, restored and given new life.^

*Mt 25:40    +John 15:12  ^ Luke 11:2

Would you like a Free bookmark with our specially composed prayer for 2023? Contact us and we will send you one.

We believe prayer and action go hand in hand. If you would like to be part of that conversation, and potentially join a faith community focus group or panel, please do get in touch.

During 2023 we will participate in Sunday services, where we are asked along to explain more about our work or to have deeper conversations about tackling the causes of food insecurity and social disadvantage in the UK today.  We will also contribute on the spiritual themes of Social Justice to the Tuesday morning ecumenical prayers.  We are similarly engaged in Formby Churches Together events.
