We rely on the generosity of our local community to continue providing our services

Did you know that Compassion Acts relies solely on the generosity of donors and receives no government funding? This means every service we provide and every person we help is made possible entirely through the support of people like you. Your donations enable us to run our projects, provide food and essentials to those in need, and offer advice and support to the community. Without your help, our work wouldn’t be possible.

Ways to donate:

Food Donations

Almost all of the food and other items we distribute at our Foodbanks are donated. We have collection points at most major supermarkets where donations can be left. Click here to see the list of locations.

We also welcome donations at our hub, the Victoria Centre, located at 197a Sussex Road, Southport PR8 6DG. We are open Monday – Friday, 10am – 3pm. You can even have supermarket deliveries made to us if that is more convenient for you. See our shopping list of items we are currently short of.

Please Note: We can only use donations that are in date, undamaged, and do not contain alcohol. Unfortunately, we cannot accept homemade items for health and safety reasons.

Financial Donations

Financial donations allow us to fund our work and plan for the future. Everyday expenses include running our vans, buying food for our pantries, and supporting our advice services. We welcome cash or cheque donations, which can be dropped off or posted to us at the Victoria Centre. Alternatively, you can donate in one of the following quick and easy ways:
