Invitation to Quote – Mental Health & Wellbeing Support

Objectives

The provider will help build our capacity to support mental wellbeing across our services. Key activities may include:

  • Group wellbeing sessions for clients

  • Training and supervision for volunteer mentors/wellbeing teams

  • Up to 60 hours per year of short-term, solution-focused counselling

  • Mental health awareness training for volunteers

The service should be flexible, accessible and preventative, helping clients build resilience and confidence rather than replacing statutory mental health services.

Requirements

Applicants should demonstrate:

  • Relevant qualifications in counselling, coaching, mentoring or wellbeing

  • Experience working with diverse communities and voluntary sector organisations

  • Ability to deliver training and support volunteers

  • A collaborative, creative approach

  • Experience measuring outcomes and impact
