Helping over Harvest.

The Harvest Festival is one of our busiest times of the year, made possible by the continued generosity of local schools, churches, and community members. This support allows us to fill our shelves in preparation for the winter months, ensuring we can meet the growing needs of our food projects.

If you’d like to help us during this season, here’s how you can:

Food Donations

We really appreciate any contributions of food and essential household items. Harvest donations help us maintain a steady supply of the goods that are most in demand. Below is a list of the items we currently need the most:

  • Soup
  • Beans
  • Chopped Tomatoes
  • Pasta Sauce
  • Hot and Cold Meat
  • Tinned Potatoes
  • Tinned Veg
  • Tinned Fish
  • Tinned Fruit
  • Rice Pudding or Custard
  • Pasta or Rice
  • Coffee
  • Jam
  • Biscuits or Confectionary
  • Cereal
  • UHT Milk or Juice
  • Toilet Roll
  • Washing Up Liquid
  • Deodorant
  • Shampoo/Conditioner
  • Laundry Detergent
  • Sanitary Products

Should you need help organising a van for collection then please give our team a call on 01704 264505 or email logisitics@compassionacts.uk, and we’d be more than happy to help. We welcome donations at our head office and warehouse, the Victoria Centre, located at 197a Sussex Road, Southport PR8 6DG. We are open Monday – Friday, 10am – 3pm.

Please Note: We can only use donations that are in date, undamaged, and do not contain alcohol. Unfortunately, we cannot accept homemade items for health and safety reasons.
